August 16, 2024: Akumin has sought leave to appeal the order granting leave to proceed, and has appealed the order certifying the case as a class action.
July 4, 2024: The motions for certification and leave to proceed under Part XXIII.1 of the Securities Act were granted as against the Akumin defendants and dismissed as against Ernst & Young LLP. A copy of the decision is available here.
